How I do Swedish Massage by Habileny.

I usually start by laying you face down with your head in a u-shaped face cradle so your spine stays neutral. Generally, I start by working on your back, using various massage techniques. When I'm finished with your back, I work the back of each leg. When I am done with the back side, I hold the sheet or towel up while you turn over onto your back and scoot down. Then I massage the front of each leg, both arms, and generally finishes with your neck and shoulders.

Sometimes I work in a different order, depending on your preference. If you only have 60 minutes, you can also ask me to spend more time on a certain area. If the pressure is too light or too firm, you should speak up and always ask me to adjust it. I will always fallow your feelings when it comes to the right pressure.

The most common strokes of Swedish massage by Habileny are:
